| In Atlantis and other ancient civilizations, crystals were placed in specific patterns and configurations to create healing effects and even power sources. Two of the most widely used and most common were the six star configuration and the twelve star configurations. In our home we have utilized these crystal patterns and configurations of ancient times to reap the benefits of the healing energies they bring forth. | HOW TO USE Find a quiet place to sit in a relaxed position (such as lotus posture). Place strand around neck and remain with it on for 5-30 minutes. It is recommended to start with 5 minutes and work your way up to a half an hour or as you are guided. |
